Inspectus was formed in 2007 by directors
Richard Williams & Richard House.
Initially set up to produce EPCs for the residential market, the company has evolved to produce high quality floor plans and photographs and now encompasses the commercial and social sector as well.
We work with many high profile independent estate agents and solicitors in the Worthing area as well as taking orders from the general public.
Both directors work as energy assessors and are trained to the highest standards by National Energy Services (NES). We offer a completely unbiased and objective opinion and our reports are completed with the utmost care and attention from extensive site notes to ensure everything is as accurate as possible.
We are always happy to discuss any issues that may arise.
We would like to think our service is one of the best but are always keen to look at ways we could improve still further. We actively encourage feedback and hope to resolve matters at a personal level. Should the need arise, however, we do operate our own complaints procedure, details of which are available on request.
We feel we know the area pretty well having a combined residency in Worthing of over 70 years!
