A stand-alone residential EPC costs £80 regardless of property size. Commercial EPCs start at £150 and increase depending on the size and complexity.

1. EPC

A stand-alone floor plan costs £25. This product is FREE when combined with an EPC.

2. Floor Plan

A stand-alone photography session costs £100. Add the EPC and floor plan at the same time for a combined cost of only £140

Our EPCs are undertaken by fully qualified CRB checked  Assessors, registered with the NHER accreditation scheme.

Unlike some national EPC providers we don’t make false claims. We understand that a survey cannot be done accurately within 30 minutes and we don’t charge unsustainable fees.

On average, we will need in the region of 1 hour, during which time a full set of floor plans with accurate measurements will be drawn up and details of the elements and services which affect the energy efficiency of the building will be recorded. The information collected will be keyed into our secure software and the EPC produced and delivered normally on the same day.
