I have used Inspectus now for some years, and they have carried out numerous EPCs for me. They have also assisted me in assessing the potential to improvement EPC ratings of a number of properties and have offered practical solutions to achieving far better ratings than would otherwise have been achieved.

Investment and Rental Property

Richard House at Inspectus has carried out EPC surveys on all of our properties. The work is always carried out to a high standard and completed in a timely manor. The team at Inspectus have even provided surveys at short notice and have always been polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a survey.

My EPC was arranged through my Estate Agent, who recommended Inspectus as they were very experienced in these matters.

Richard arrived at the agreed time and took the trouble to explain what he was going to do and how long he would take before starting his inspection.

He was very polite and professional and informed me at the end that my rating might be fairly low due to the electric panel heaters I had installed. He took time to show me alternative solutions, as I have no gas in the flat and I will definitely be taking his advice in the future!

If I ever move again, I will certainly be using Inspectus for my EPC.
