Our assessors are both qualified as Home Inspectors with Elmhurst Energy, rather than just basic Domestic Energy Assessors. This gives us an advantage when it comes to identifying certain features of a property as the qualification is on the same level as a RICS surveyor. Training as a Home Inspector requires a deeper understanding of building practices and techniques and involves a far more rigorous and thorough training programme.
